B787 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to provide KYC documentation.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Inactive accounts may be subject to a ৳50 inactivity fee per month after 12 months.
